T-Squared's founder, Troy, is a BCRPA Certified personal fitness trainer with over 18 years of training experience. In addition, Troy earned certifications in Postural Analysis, First Aid, and CPR. Troy is also associated with INFOFIT Educators and with EnerChanges™ Anti-Aging, Health and Fitness clinic. He regularly attends workshops and conferences such as BCRPA, Infofit, and CAN-FIT PRO. As a recreational hockey player, mountain biker, volley-ball player, and multi-sport competitor, Troy continually stays on top of current training techniques. Troy is also a yoga practitioner who helps others sustain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
