I work with clients who’ve never exercised before and I work with professional athletes, everyone can benefit by working with a personal trainer to help keep you focused and on track.

The start: consultation and assessment (1 hour)

  • Discuss your goals, what are your challenges
  • Do you have any injuries or special considerations we need to work around

Set a schedule:

  • How often can you work out? We’ll create a schedule for you to start with and we’ll monitor and adjust as we progress.

Tracking your progress:

  • Every month we’ll see how far you’ve come so you can celebrate your success as you feel fitter, stronger and happier.
