I cant recommend this trainer and this style of training... more. I've noticed such a significant improvement in my athletic performance and shape physically. Troy is a great guy and a great trainer. You can tell that he understands the value of a happy client and he wants to see you get those results just as much as you do. Everybody should try this!read more

Some of the best and fastest results I’ve seen, you’ll... definitely work for them though! Troy has been great helping with the after effects of a few injuries. This really is a high intensity low impact workout. Love it!read more

Training with Troy at T Squared Personal Training for just... under a year I’m now in the best shape of my life. More energy, more strength - weird muscles I didn’t know I had hurt in the beginning due to the unique gravity training process he uses. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and looking for a great personal trainer.read more

I started going to this class a couple months ago and... it’s made the biggest difference in my body out of all the different types of classes I’ve been to. Everyone can work at their own level and there’s always room to challenge yourself more. I’d highly suggest this class. It’s a staple in my fitness regime.read more

This workout is great! I have scoliosis and the low impact... workout is great for me. It's super challenging but Troy is able to modify the workouts to fit your needs/injuries. I had no core or arm muscle before going to this and I see a visible difference in just 2 months! (Also there's access to a pool and hot tub which is a bonus!)read more

Troy is a definite pro at getting you to just above what... you believe your physical limitations are and grow steadily at getting stronger. The gravity training devices work out more than the muscle group you’re focusing on so you get a more “robust” session over traditional gym equipment. Definitely a must try.read more

It’s been almost 1.5 years (twice a week) training with... Troy and the changes to my body from before I started personal training to now are significant. My posture, muscle tone and overall fitness level have greatly improved. Plus, Troy is very patient and easy to work with (even though, I complain, groan and often curse throughout our sessions). Troy has customized a Gravity workout for me that’s low impact and works around the limitations of my severe scoliosis. I would highly recommend Troy and T-Squared Personal Training if you wish to become stronger and more fit!read more
